Lost or Damaged Artwork

Any artwork received damaged will be entitled to a full refund on return of the item up to 30 days after item is received. Photographic proof must be provided and artwork received back to s.arroyo before a full refund can be given. If your artwork does not arrive within the specified timescale, please contact me immediately and I will chase the courier company for advice. If the artwork is lost a full refund will be given within 30 days. Shipping costs will be covered if the item is received damaged or lost.

If I Change My Mind

7 day money back refund (excluding shipping and handling). I will require photo evidence that the artwork is in perfect condition before returning. Return post will be organised by myself from your address you must use the exact same packaging methods as received.
